Today the family went over to the Isle of Bute as we had decided to scatter Ma's ashes at Kilchattan Bay, this was a favourite place of hers. Brenda, Pauline, Frank, Yvonne and Kenneth all said a verse from a poem at Ma's funeral. We then scattered the ashes along with some wild flower seeds. We went to St. Blane's Hotel in Kilchattan Bay for a nice meal and they had the dining room all set out. We agreed it would be a nice idea to have a memorial bench erected here as everyone thought it was a nice peaceful location and a place Ma liked to visit.
